There'll Always Be an England
Cat-on-Shoulder Division
Sir, ---
Gigi Santow ... is greatly mistaken
when she claims that "cats don't sit on shoulders".
They certainly do.
Pong Collins, now seventeen,
has done so routinely ever since she was a kitten.
 For the targeted humans,
the benefits of a warm and talkative fur collar in winter
have to be weighed against the inconvenience of
sudden pain and loss of blood in the event of
 her being startled.
