I recently received your generous and thoughtful review of my book and am grateful for the many ways you found it convenient to change history. I'm not quarreling but my polio was in 1954 and not 1952 and my colleague, Dr. Weichers, was at Ohio University and not Mayo Clinic - - - although the Mayo Clinic did play a role in the first post-polio conference in Warm Springs but this is not highlighted in the version I wrote.

Also, I appreciate your calling it Halstead's syndrome although, until I die, I expect that no one else on the face of the planet will be using that term.
